BPIF Engraved Stationery

The BPIF Engraved Stationery (formerly BESA) was re-launched under the auspices of the BPIF in July 2001. The primary purpose of BPIF Engraved Stationery is to market the British engraved stationery industry more widely throughout the printing industry, encourage best practice and create an environment which enables the exchange of views and information on key issues affecting its members.

This includes increasing the awareness and knowledge of diestamping and associated processes to designers, graphic houses and print buyers, and acting as a forum for the transfer of professional knowledge and advice between members. BPIF Engraved Stationery provides a database of companies and skills pertaining to the industry and acts in conjunction with other similar organisations. It also provides a network for members to access, and social events for their enjoyment.

The Association meets three or four times a year, and their active social calendar has an emphasis on seeing the finest examples of engraved, die stamped and printed work, including private tours of print collections at the Museum of London, the Postal Museum and the Bank of England amongst others.
