As you will be aware during 2011, we consulted members over the future of both the National Pay Negotiations and the Partnership at Work Agreement.  During that consultation process the members concluded that both had proved useful in the past, but times had changed.

Through your HR Advisers here at the BPIF, we have developed a ‘toolkit’ of support for our members who are entering into negotiations with employees.  This includes the enclosed BPIF Guide to Negotiating Pay and Conditions, legislative updates, relevant up-to-date data and information available through our website.

We shall also be running regional workshops and seminars to support individual companies through this process and are available at all times through our highly experienced team of HR Advisers.
