A printer recently under-took the healthcheck and was pleasantly surprised by the positive responses to the sales side of the business and now has a plan to maximise marketing and in particular publicity around a new revenue stream. The BPIF will be working with them on implementing a marketing strategy and rolling out a new CRM system across the business.
Whilst the questionnaire format of the healthcheck is standard, the report is written individually for each company and the experience and expertise of the consultant is used with the questionnaire results to provide a practical and useable report.
