Progress within print – Awards deadline extension

In these unprecedented times, it is now even more important to help you, or a member of your team, improve their skills with a financial contribution or get the recognition they deserve! 

Victor Watson Award

Launched in memory of Victor Watson CBE DL, this Award recognises a young person of outstanding achievement in the printing industry and allied trades.

Open to those under 31 (at the time of the presentation), nominations are welcomed across the whole printing supply chain, from manufacturing and operating presses, making ink, recycling paper, cleaning and driving, to journalism, printing, publishing, photography, graphic arts and advertising. 

It is supported by the BPIF, The Printing Charity and The Worshipful Company of Makers of Playing Cards.

The deadline for this Award was on Friday 29 May 2020 but due to the current situation we are happy to announce a 1 month extension to this with the new deadline of Friday 26 June 2020.

The Kathy Woodward Award

The Kathy Woodward Award for Learning was launched in 2015 in memory of the BPIF's much loved CEO who passed away in 2014.

Sponsored by Webmart, the £1000 Award supports individuals in the print, packaging and graphic design industries to further their careers.

The deadline for this Award was on Friday 29 May 2020 but due to the current situation we are happy to announce a 1 month extension to this with the new deadline of Friday 26 June 2020.
