Blue Print Takes on Five New Recruits

Blue Print Takes on Five New Recruits

Blue Print Direct Mail has recruited five new employees to its growing team since March 2021. Print welcomes Lorenne Amphlett – HR Assistant, Matthew Stanway – Account Manager, Danielle Holtham – Office Administrator, Wayne Stanford – Estimator, and Lee Homer – Production Supervisor.

All roles are new to the company. Operations Manager, Philip Morris, explains: “We are so lucky to be growing in these difficult times. All five of the new recruits have settled in perfectly, we are so glad to have them onboard – it’s like they have always been part of the team!”

Marketing Manager, Jo Widdowson commented further: “We’re very fortunate to have loyal clients and have remained busy during the pandemic. Direct Mail is one area that has seen growth due to people being in their homes more and suffering from digital overload. An imaginative piece of direct mail can really engage customers and prospects and even drive them to online channels for further information and interaction.”

Blue Print is looking to expand further in 2021 and plans to recruit into more new roles. One current vacancy is Print Room Apprentice. In the last 5 years, Blue Print has gone from 9 employees to 21 employees, more than doubling their workforce.
