Join Us for BPIF Members' Day 2021
This year's BPIF Members' Day will take place online on Wednesday 7 July at 10.30am featuring a morning conference hosted by Kevin Hard from Inspiration-all who specialises in from Managing to Leading.
Kevin has a wealth of experience in leadership and employee engagement strategies. He focuses on the impact of leadership on engagement, business performance, wellbeing and risk worldwide, including engagements in Basel, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, Hamburg and the Middle East.
Kevin has recently published an organisational improvement model based on leadership, engagement and wellbeing. (The framework is the HYGGE (Hard-Yeoman-Girling Generating Excellence), a framework showing how we must now look at the world to enable people to work together in virtuous collaboration as part of a whole community, where people aren’t just valued but see themselves as valuable, doing work that is worthwhile, fulfilling and for the greater good.
The conference will cover the following topics:
- Engagement, what is it and why is it so important for both personal and business performance
- Sharing case studies and research, which shows how real, modern leadership drives engagement and all that brings
- A culture of caring is essential - without it you might just survive, but you certainly won’t thrive
With all the change that’s happening, this will be a great opportunity to get some realistic tips on how to transform your business through engaging with your people. Taking care of your staff is the right, smart and legal thing to do. “In the long run, companies that focus on their people are among the most successful and competitive in the world.”
