Friedheim to Exhibit at PPMA Total

Friedheim to Exhibit at PPMA Total

On our 7th consecutive PPMA show, we return to the NEC to showcase the highly anticipated Beck Paperbag packaging machine – with a brand new paper wrapping substrate seen for the first time earlier this year. To be found on stand F20, we’ll have our biggest presence ever…

Focused on e-commerce, the partnership of machinery and substrate is a match made in heaven for anyone in the fulfilment and e-commerce space, especially those looking to offer eco-friendly & brandable paper wrapping options. On the UK leg of the launch, the new-design machine will capture the attention of brands who need sustainable AND effective packaging solutions.

Working with Mondi, Beck have developed the new Paperbag machine to wrap using functional barrier substrates with built in ‘operational benefits’. The substrate is available in three grades:

  • The range with the most diverse barrier options
  • The range with the highest and strongest mechanical properties
  • The range with the thinnest paper and coating grammages

With the help of the Beck Paperbag, you can make use of a tear strip for easy opening as well as a resealing adhesive. As well as the range of grades, it is also available in white or brown/plain or printed.
