printIQ optimises operations to better support global customers

printIQ, a world-leading provider of print management information systems (MIS), has created three regional operations groups to give its global customers faster, and more focused, local market support.

Effective February 1, 2024, Rachel Davis is printIQ’s General Manager for Australia and New Zealand operations; Craig Powell is General Manager for North American operations; and Chris Pack is General Manager of United Kingdom operations. All three leaders are seasoned veterans of the printing and software industry.

“This regional structure ensures we not only implement standard operating processes, but we also enable greater autonomy and flexibility for our teams to meet specific market and customer needs,” says John Alden, CEO of printIQ.

“Our geographically focused teams will be able to respond more efficiently and collaborate more effectively to solve their customers' challenges. This strategy also builds a stronger foundation for future growth for our company,” says Alden.

Each region will manage the key functions of sales and marketing, technical support, and professional services delivery. printIQ’s product management, R&D, and finance teams remain centralised to support all of the regions and General Managers.

printIQ specialises in delivering an intelligent MIS solution directly to the core of printing businesses. The company helps printers maximise visibility and connectivity across the workflow, drive efficiencies and grow new revenue streams.
