REELVISION PRINT ACQUIRED BY THE WOODBERRY PACKAGING GROUP

Reelvision Print, a revolutionary supplier of short-run printed folding cartons within the Pharma and Healthcare sectors, based in the North West of England has been acquired by Woodberry Packaging Ltd.

 

Woodberry Packaging is a wholly owned subsidiary of Woodberry Capital, a non-institutional private equity firm that invests in businesses with the potential for long-term value creation.  Woodberry Capital is led by Patrick Doran who has extensive experience in the print and packaging sector having owned Americk Packaging, which was sold in 2016.

 

Founded in 2007, Reelvision Print partners with customers throughout the UK, across a wide range of markets including pharmaceutical, healthcare, veterinary, cosmetics and personal care products.

 

Gareth Bakewell, Joint Managing Director of Reelvision Print said “Our state-of-the-art, one-pass production process, combined with our highly experienced team and their passion and attention to detail allows us to guarantee a rapid, reliable and flexible service.  With the backing of the Woodberry Packaging Group, we are very excited to see how we can expand and grow the company.”
