Reminder! Now is an Ideal Time to Encourage Teams to Take Their Annual Leave!

6/10 UK employees didn't take their full annual leave last year, and this not only increases their exposure to burnout, but also affects your legal responsibility to ensure your staff are taking the holidays they're entitled to.

Annual leave is vital to promote good physical and mental health in the workplace, it will improve your employees' work-life balance and could even make them more productive overall.  It allows individuals to take time to rest and re-energise which can result in stress reduction and improve mood, which will benefit staff morale.
Ensure you keep on top of your team's holidays, and encourage them to take their leave, to protect employee wellbeing by making sure your team are switching off regularly throughout the year.

Meet your legal responsibilities by ensuring your employees have ample opportunity to take their full holiday entitlement.Allowing your business to plan ahead for peak periods like the end-of-leave-year rush and avoid understaffing issues.
