Regional differences were notable, with Canada facing revenue shrinkage and the Northeast US performing strongly. Smaller companies faced more challenges compared to mid-sized firms, which showed growth. Respondents highlighted rising costs, paper availability, and an aging workforce as major concerns. Automation and software investments were higher among in-plants and specialized PSPs.
