Compass Business Finance Expands Team with Key Promotions and New Appointments
Compass Business Finance is pleased to announce significant promotions and a new appointment as part of its ongoing business expansion. These changes aim to enhance sales and support, ensuring customers receive the highest levels of service.
Kellie Franklin has been promoted to lead an office-based team of Business Development Executives. With nearly 12 years at Compass, Kellie is well-regarded by customers, especially in the print sector. Outside of work, she runs a successful baking business, often sharing her delicious creations with colleagues.
“Compass is a friendly and dynamic workplace,” said Kellie. “We balance hard work with camaraderie, and I love sharing my baking with the team!”
Bode Adeluola joins the newly established Direct Sales Team, focusing on acquiring new customers in Compass’s core sectors: print and packaging, manufacturing, engineering, and construction. Bode, who joined Compass in 2023, is also a talented basketball player, currently the National Basketball League’s all-time leading scorer and a player for Worthing Thunder.
Charlie MacDonald, with a strong background in motor finance, has been recruited to the growing team of finance specialists. Returning from Dubai, Charlie will focus on the construction sector, leveraging Compass’s expertise to support a broader range of customers.
