BPIF CARTONS CHAIRMAN'S LUNCH
Reflecting on an incredible afternoon at the BPIF Cartons Chairman’s lunch.
On Friday 10th January, The Crypt in London hosted the BPIF Cartons Chairman’s Lunch, led by Chairman Mark Ferguson. This sold-out event welcomed 100 senior executives from carton converters and partner members, showcasing the strength and collaboration within the UK carton industry.
This event is a brilliant opportunity to hear about and contribute to BPIF Cartons' plans and strategy for 2025, while also addressing current business challenges with peers and suppliers.
A big thank you to all the incredible speakers, including Mark Ferguson, Joanna Stephenson, Dick Searle, Mike Turner, Jon Clark and Paul Woollett for sharing invaluable insights into the future of packaging and the importance of engaging the next generation of talent.
A special thank you to everyone who contributed to our fundraising efforts – together, we raised an incredible £2,000 for East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH), adding to our total of over £12,000 raised for charity so far. Your generosity continues to make a meaningful difference.
Looking ahead, we will soon announce the date for our Summer Event in Derbyshire, complete with industry awards. We’re also excited to announce the return of the popular Cartonboard Making Course in 2025.
The lunch also marked the launch of the brand-new 2025 Cartons Yearlet, which is now also available to members online at https://www.bpifcartons.org.uk/membership-benefits/cartons-yearlet/.
Here’s to a year of innovation, collaboration, and growth for the UK folding carton industry. Thank you to all who attended – your contributions make events like this truly impactful.
