Market Reach host June South Eastern Regional Board
Robin Sumner of Romax, Alan Rigglesford of Clicks Print, Harry Salmon of J Salmon, David Hobbs of Hobbs the Printer, Michael Burman of F E Burman, Roger Pitt of Headley Brothers, Phil Yardley of SPM Intelligent Print and Vince Brearey of Offset Print and Packaging attended the board meeting on 21stJune.
Bob Davies, Charles Jarrold and John Cadman reported on their specialist subjects and updated the board on the BPIF nationally and regionally. Discussions were held on the state of the industry, DRUPA feedback and interests, national living wage, Pre pack panel and the forth coming EU vote.
The group were given two formal presentations from Johnathan Thame of Two Sides and Shaun McMurray of Market Reach.
Johnathan updated the group on the great work they are continually doing to overcome the misleading and unsubstantiated messages on the sustainability of print and paper. Some facts - Over the last ten years forests have grown across Europe by 1,500 football pitches EVERY DAY. Europe recycles 72% of its paper.
Shaun presented on how this arm of the Royal Mail can be of invaluable FREE help when it comes to mailings .They are the mail experts and through research, insight and experience they can prove and promote the value of mail, and enable clients to realise the value in their own businesses.
