A bit about Nadia
As well as a Business Degree specialising in HR & People Management and a Masters in Human Resources Management, she is also a chartered member of the CIPD. At present, she is pursuing studies in mediation and conflict resolution training, to become an accredited mediator. Nadia has several years of HR experience gained in a variety of industries such as the NHS, Education, Local Government and most recently bespoke HR consultancy services.
She has covered a very generalist scope of HR issues, and loves the variety of different cases and queries that come her way. She especially enjoys researching the more obscure queries and topping up her knowledge by keeping abreast with all recent case law, to ensure the advice she provides complies with employment law and best practice.
Her experience includes handling complex employment relation cases, managing large scale resourcing and redundancy programmes, designing and delivering training initiatives, trade union negotiations and managing major change projects. She continues to be motivated by the ability to share her experience with clients, guiding them on how best to tackle a particular issue.
She currently resides in Kent and in her spare time enjoys keeping fit, running and hiking. She also enjoys travelling and most of all spending time and with family and friends.
Marcus Clifford Regional Director, commented, "Team and individual people management and development is one of the critical areas for business owners and management teams and we have increased our expertise and resource to across the region to further support members. We look forward to Nadia making a positive mark on the sector and developing strong relationships with our members."
