New Recruitment Service for BPIF members
The BPIF has launched an online recruitment feature, enabling members to advertise their job opportunities and providing them with guidance and support for the recruitment process.
As print industry specialists, we know that recruiting and nurturing talented staff is central to both a successful business and to the industry as a whole. This service is designed to provide a cost effective method of advertising vacancies whilst promoting the many career paths available within the industry - to help you satisfy the demands and expectations of clients and investors.
BPIF Membership Director Dale Wallis explains, "As an organisation, we see the need to provide our members with a new service to fulfil their recruitment requirements. Members can advertise their job vacancies for free, whilst having access to a breadth of support services, from HR guidance documents to information on funding."
Anna Stretton, BPIF Head of HR elaborates, "Effective recruitment is not just about filling an immediate vacancy but about having an impact on longer-term issues, such as future skills development, organisational performance and employer brand. Our recruitment service ensures that the workforce has the relevant skills and abilities for the organisation's current and future needs."
Have a look at the BPIF HR guidance documents available to help you ensure you have the right recruitment strategy for your organisation.
