CyanX has become a UK and European distributor for Trimatt Systems

Leeds based CyanX has become a UK and European distributor for the Trimatt Systems range of specialist finishing systems. Trimatt Systems is an Australian manufacturer of modular equipment capable of performing a wide range of applications.

The Trimatt CardLine Series machinery can be supplied in standard configurations, or can be supplied to meet a bespoke requirement. A principal market for Trimatt equipment is companies producing personalised plastic cards - examples being membership cards, loyalty cards, ID cards and SIM cards packing and fulfilment.

The SIM card packaging market has proven a big success for Trimatt globally with the Vodafone, 3 Mobile and Lebara brands using Trimatt equipment to satisfy packing automation and reducing costs in both labour and material.

Trimatt offer a complete solution - the Cardline. The Cardline system will glue a card to a carrier - often a mailer, package or point of sale card, and add a level of personalisation, whether text, graphics or barcodes, using an inkjet system. Verification is assured via inline cameras and a proprietary "ValidForm" software system.

Trimatt ‘glue and attach' modules can be fitted in-line with a range of folder gluers, stitchers, binders and mailroom equipment. The company also produces feeders and ‘driven discharge' transport systems which can be integrated with a wide range of finishing lines.

CyanX MD Richard Mawson, "The capital equipment side of CyanX is all about providing niche products to an increasingly specialised industry, whether it's our unique Ecoseal coating application, retroffittable LED and foiling equipment, ink supply systems and more. Trimatt are a good fit for us and we have already taken several orders."
