TH Jordan exhibits fortitude with charity partners
Belfast-based printer TH Jordan has widened their support for the mental health sector nominating a second charity partner.
TH Jordan's links with MindWise were documented earlier this year. However, the company has now strengthened its commitment to helping those afflicted by mental health issues with the nomination of a second charity partner - Inspire.
Inspire, formerly known as Niamh (the Northern Ireland Association for Mental Health), is a long established local charity and social enterprise that delivers a range of wellbeing services across Northern Ireland, focusing on promoting wellbeing for all, through their mental health, professional wellbeing, addiction and disability services.
Furthermore, as part of TH Jordan's ongoing partnership with MindWise they will be facilitating a makeover of the Belfast Resource Centre. Located in the Fisherwick Building on Upper Queens Street in Belfast the Belfast Resource Centre currently supports over 100 people with severe mental illness and other mental health issues.
Commenting on the partnerships Jim Parhill (Managing Director, TH Jordan Ltd) said:
"We believe the two organisations complement each other and we are delighted that we will be able to help out in numerous ways during the year, and indeed years ahead, in a charitable sector which is often over-looked and yet affects just about every family, age, single or partnered person in every profession and social-economic group throughout the country."
