Imprimus achieves Seal of Excellence re-certification
Congratulations to Imprimus who've again achieved the BPIF Seal of Excellence in H&S and Environmental.
Tom Rayer, of the BPIF H&S team, who supports Imprimus added, "This is brilliant news for the team who've been very consistent in this area for a number of years. They strive for HS&E perfection across the business and have achieved 100% in their latest audits.
Lisa Coker, who is responsible on site for these areas, said, "This is a great accolade and reflects the hard work which has gone into perfecting things across our site."
Dawn Reid, Regional Director at the BPIF for the area, also added, "The BPIF Seals of Excellence Awards are a great way for individuals, departments and businesses to demonstrate their expertise both internally and to the Print Industry. I know the team will be working on their re-accreditation for the HR area soon so will achieve the Seal of Business Excellence again I'm sure - well done to all again."
To achieve the Seal of Excellence, a minimum score of 80% must be scored on the Healthcheck and all mandatory areas must be passed. Members will be asked to have information prepared ready for the visit for verification purposes. Feedback will be given on the day and the company representative and the BPIF Adviser will agree the company position, and any improvement work that is needed. The Seal of Excellence audit will be carried out every two years and the company score must be maintained or improved during this period.
Where a company achieves a SoE in HR, H&S and Environmental, then they will be eligible for the ultimate accolade, the BPIF Seal of Business Excellence. Often the SOE award is just one stage in a programme of continued improvement.
