Here at the BPIF we want to remind you, our valued members, of the many services and resources that are available to you, to help support your business and your team. We think it's important to prioritise time to focus on issues that are important to you. So if you've got an issue you need helping with get in touch. Below are the key people within your region to speak to about various topics, such HR or HS&E.

Mandy Robson, Head of Health, Safety & Environmental  helps ensure compliance with safety and environmental management systems; supports with accidents and injury investigations; develop robust risk assessments ensuring suitable and sufficient controls; support with health & safety executive visits and/or insurance action plans; engage with your employees using robust safety culture tools and techniques; review your options of support available to you from the BPIF.

Anna Stretton, Nadia Providence and John Cadman, HR Business Advisers  are available to help manage your business costs, anticipate business needs in Human Resource Management (HRM), help identify and nurture talent, advise on and promote best practice.

The advisers will support and facilitate your people management related agenda. The advisers will help on change management projects and assist in the management of the HR related communication required for your business.

The adviser shares the responsibility for the achievement of your goals and targets. They will actively support discussions and transfer best HRM practices. They will share and guide you on the most appropriate development of leadership in the people management area. The advisers will act as the facilitator for staff performance improvement within your business.
