Level 5 Management Trailblazer Programme

The BPIF's Level 5 Management Trailblazer Programme is almost full, however there are 4 places left in both the London and Northern cohort. To secure one of these places, you must be registered by the end of August 2018. Places will be offered on a first come first served basis.
If you're a levy payer, your digital credits can be used to fund the entire cost of the course.
If you're a non-levy payer, the employer contribution is as low as £20 per month per learner.
BPIF Training's Level 5 Management Trailblazer Programme is aimed at established, new and aspiring middle managers seeking to develop and consolidate their leadership knowledge, skills and behaviours to get better results from their teams. Upon successful completion, the learner will achieve a Level 5 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management (equivalent to a Foundation Degree), as well as a Level 5 Trailblazer Certificate.
Modules include:
– Understanding the management role to improve management performance
– Managing Improvement
– Making a Financial Case
– Developing Critical Thinking
– Leading Innovation and Change
– Managing Own Continuing Professional Development
– Delegating Authority in the Workplace
The Level 5 Programme takes 2-3 years to complete, with workshops held at BPIF premises where candidates have the chance to share knowledge and best practice, as well as the opportunity to network with course mates. The programme includes expert speakers in areas such as HR, Legal, Finance & Lean Manufacturing and all candidates are fully supported by experienced and qualified BPIF tutors.
The next Level 5 Management Trailblazer Programme will begin in September 2018.
