Screen process and digital printing business for sale
A niche print business, comes to the market due to the impending retirement of two of its senior Directors.
This opportunity is available as a going concern with a full range of printing equipment together with a small but competent workforce.
The business currently trades as a leasehold business and operates out of a modern factory, owned by its' parent company, situated on a modern industrial estate with good road access to the surrounding Midlands and beyond.
The factory may be available to lease at a rent to be agreed or to purchase subject to current valuation.
This opportunity makes it possible for a 'start-up' owner/manager to enter the market with the ability to grow the business from the firm basis of a long established, regular repeat order book, already returning a value-added of circa 80% and a gross profit of circa 70%. Current half-year EBITDA including owner's drawings of circa £60K.
It can also, of course, be added into an existing business, already established in the marketplace, bringing with it cost synergy and the opportunity to increase what is already a very high gross profit. This option may also enhance the actual return by removing the current cost of rent, bringing an additional £36K per annum.
The company currently produces many niche market products for both manufacturing and retail businesses, its' range includes screen process and/or digitally printed parts for identification, instruction, point of sale and bar-code requirements; parts for general industrial and automotive use printed onto vinyl, poly-carbonate and polyester materials; parts printed onto self-adhesive vinyl or paper producing labels of many shapes and sizes; high specification parts for skin tattoo's; decals for vehicle livery; bespoke signage onto acrylic panels.
Support and training: a full handover would be available.
The client base: being geographically widespread the business is relocatable.
