Infigo Software strengthens its hold in the American education sector

Infigo Software strengthens its hold in the American education sector

Expanding its presence across multiple business sectors throughout America, Infigo Software outplayed strong international competition during an eight month bidding process to provide a complete print software solution for Liberty University.

Virginia State’s largest university, Liberty University, has signed Infigo Software’s Catfish with MegaEdit Pro. Crucial to the success of the tender was the ability of Catfish to allow a punchout integration with Jaggaer, formerly Sci-Quest. Jaggaer is a pure-play provider of cloud-based business automation solutions for spend management and will be a critical component of the University’s 15 storefronts that the Catfish platform is hosting. The software will be used across Faculty, Administration and Student networks providing print solutions for internal communications, financial and marketing collateral, and across the University’s online storefronts.

This is the first integration with Jaggaer for Infigo Software, and it demonstrates the willingness of the Infigo team to ensure bespoke solutions, integrations and collaborations with a host of software solution tools and automation systems. Indeed, the last 18 months at Infigo Software has seen the dynamic brand invest in partnerships and integrations that are enabling a revolution in automated print management.

In the second half of 2017 alone, Infigo announced an OEM partnership with Enfocus PitStop, enabling new levels of automated artwork management; an industry-first live pricing integration with Tharstern MIS; an EasyPost integration that enables access to a vast network of delivery services that take the brand to new levels as a one-stop shop for print e-commerce. It is this dominance in innovative integration and automation ventures that has established Infigo Software as a distinctive global player and has been critical in attracting new business in the competitive US market.

Infigo Software’s customer-centric approach is attracting best-in-class print businesses

Along with the partnerships and integrations that Infigo Software has developed in the last year, the brand has, in 2018, also redesigned the entire back-end administration area of its Catfish platform, ensuring it can deliver the best user experience for its clients. Launched on the 1st February 2018, the new Catfish Admin has proven a resounding success with existing clients, and demonstrates Infigo Software's commitment to delivering the best front-end experience, and keeping its customers happy with the most efficient system management experience too. This latest development is the first step on a multi-phased development programme which will deliver more industry-first innovations over the coming year.

At Liberty University, Robert Boyer, Assistant Vice President of Services, Printing and Mailing Services, and Warehousing, comments, “Infigo was a new vendor for web-to-print solutions that we were not aware of. Once we saw their product and investigated their integration into our MIS solution and e-procurement system, it was an easy decision for us. Their user interface is sleek and modern and pretty logical to navigate. They also are a company that continues to better their product which relates closely with our operational plans. I am looking forward to a long and beneficial working relationship with Infigo as we continue to push ourselves to excellence.”

Once again Infigo Software’s integrations and ever constant efforts to ensure its offering is at the top of its game have been a critical attraction for its new clients. Ronnie Young, Director of Printing and Mail Services, Liberty University, commented too on the automation that the software allows, “Catfish is incredibly user friendly and streamlines workflow without the need for personal involvement in every aspect of each project.”

Antonia Fagan, Business Development Manager, Infigo, was particularly happy with the partnership, “After a rigorous evaluation period it was fantastic to see that our technology was chosen above the strong competition. Our partnership allows Liberty University to automate its printing and retail operations throughout the campus, and further afield, for faculty staff and students alike. I am very much looking forward to our successful partnership evolving into a great relationship.”

Infigo Software’s MD and founder, Douglas Gibson, notes, “Liberty University is a fantastic educational establishment. Our deal with them is an unmistakable indication of the success we are experiencing in the US and that our impressive advances are across multiple sectors, including education. Liberty found our product leading the drive for true value and benefits. We are proving ourselves a genuine and competitive alternative force that the incumbent suppliers need to compete with! We are really excited to be working with all the team.”
