BPIF HR Healthcheck at SF Taylor helps achieve ISO 9001
BPIF HR Healthcheck carried out at SF Taylor’s earlier in the year, helps them achieve ISO 9001 accreditation.
All printers want to pride themselves on their HR management, but few measure themselves objectively and even fewer carry out independent reviews of their human resource practices. This is where the BPIF HR Healthcheck and HR Seal of Excellence can help.
The BPIF HR Healthcheck is a diagnostic tool providing you with a comprehensive report on your current practices on topics such as; HR Responsibility & Personnel Records, Recruitment, Selections and Inductions, Terms and Conditions of Employment, Employee Rights, Discipline at Work, Grievances etc.
SF Taylor earlier in the year had a HR Healthcheck carried out on-site, which highlighted their best HR practices, made sure they were up to date with current legislation and identified opportunities for specific improvements.
By undertaking this HR Healthcheck it served as an endorsement to the ISO auditors that the company was striving for HR excellence and made the job of auditing them easier.
Gill Tress, Business Services Director said, "The auditors were really impressed that we had gone to the trouble to get a Healthcheck done and they used it as part of their audit rather than having to go through the policies and contracts etc. which was even better still."
