Differentiate yourself from the crowd

Words resonate in a crowded market and noisy supply chain. Try new ones to differentiate your service offering.

We often speak to company's sales teams and discuss the importance of a simple, clear and concise message rather than a complicated or ambiguous message. Simple and powerful words cut through barriers easier and resonate with busy buyers e.g. We never let our customers down! Or We are fantastic to work with!

Maybe start to say Omotenashi and a whole new level of dialogue might ensue.

Omotenashi is a Japanese word which is all about offering the greatest service without anticipating reward or ‘the customer of god.' In essence the cord idea is to anticipate the needs of your guest.

So the next time you're speaking to a client deliver a clear and concise message and try to anticipate what they need, or go the extra mile for them without expecting anything in return.
