Marathon Madness – Kyle's 20-year challenge

Marathon Madness – Kyle's 20-year challenge

UPDATE:

A massive thank you to all my BPIF colleagues, and also to Webmart and Johnston Printing - your sponsorship has helped raise over £3,100 for the Maria Curie Hospice.

There's a lot to be said for planning, training and availing of the support around you.  Not only did I smash my time from 20 years ago, I also achieved the "good for age" qualification - which provides a much more favourable entry eligibility for next marathon - I may wait another 20 years though!

Thank you

Hello wonderful industry colleagues (yes, you guessed it - I'm after something)

Some of you may already know that I'm all signed up to do the London Marathon on Sunday 28 April 2019. I am now finishing week 18 of my training plan - only a few days to go now!

There's a bit of blurb about it all on my sponsorship page.  In short, it's 20 years since my one and only marathon (London 1999) and I'm having another go. Whilst I have been able to secure my own place I have decided to raise money for Marie Curie and I'm hoping you can help me keep my sponsorship total moving towards my target.

Thank you so much to those that have already sponsored me - and helped me, so far, raise over £2,100 for Marie Curie.

My sponsorship page is below, please click on the link to read more and consider helping me to raise some much needed funds for Marie Curie.

Also, if you happen to be about London on 28 April please come and lend some support (last time I did it all by myself - boo hoo).

Cheers

Kyle
