FINAT #LABELicious initiative
As FINAT are building their visibility to the 18-25 year target audience, they would like to update you on progress of the project and invite you to contribute with content wherever possible.
Message from Jules Lejeune, Managing Director of FINAT
From 1 February, we have promoted the #LABELicious project actively on Instagram and Facebook. The targeted promotion is completely focused on the audience in the 18-25 year age bracket, and fitting the profiles (engineering, design, sustainability) that the label industry wants to reach. At the top of our funnel, we have reached 986,019 people (!) at least once (but often also multiple times) with the campaign visuals. Apart from the ambition to create visibility, we aim to convert young talents within the target audience to register for the competition. We have currently nearly 40 people who have registered and completed their profile, and we are well on our way to reach to objective of 100 registrations by Wednesday 15 May.
Call for Content
As we continue to promote the platform, we would like to invite you again to contribute as a partner with content that inspires the young talent audience of this project in the young talent experience section: https://www.labelicious.eu/working-in-the-label-industry-young-talent-experiences/ (examples of HP and Reynders currently available and additional content in progress.)
If you have young professionals who want to share their experience and excitement about working in the industry, they can produce a video, write a blog etc. Guidelines are simple: Maximum video length 2:30 minutes, or blog length between 400-800 words; all material provided free of copyright. Of course, we accept natural mentioning of company names, but the content should be focussed on promoting work in the industry and not be a sales pitch. We trust for everyone to feel the importance of that fine line in communication.
You can invite young professionals in your own organization, but also young professional in your network. The importance is that they have stories to share with next generation young talents.
Should you have any questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Kind Regards,
On behalf of the FINAT #LABELicious team
Jules Lejeune
