Business opportunity

Vince Hogg owner of En-Route and BPIF member who provides short run carton printing services, is keen to expand this area with the technical abilities of his Anicolor and carton printing as a trade service.

Technical specification.
Heidelberg Speedmater 52 with Anicolor Inking* - 4 colour process with infra-red coater.
15000 sheets per hour max speed.Max Sheet Size 520mm x 370mm
Max board thickness - 0.6mm (6 micron board)
*Anilux inking rollers, same size as plate gives instant correct inking - we can't over or under ink. No digital ink readers required.
Instant colour make ready - ready to run in 10-20 sheets so no expensive waste. (Heidelberg quote that the 2nd sheet is a saleable sheet).

It's a conventional Heidelberg Speedmaster 52 press with a single ink roller the same size as the plate. We frequently run wet proofs & runs of 100 + on the Anicolor - but can run on into many thousands. The print quality is exceptional! There is no colour variation in the run.
