BPIF Training's Level 5 Management Programme is aimed at established, new and aspiring middle managers seeking to develop and consolidate their leadership knowledge, skills and behaviours. The course is designed to meet the needs and aspirations of high-level achievers all the way through to learners who may have struggled in traditional education.

The programme will add value not only to the learner, but will help businesses to improve their productivity and efficiencies.

Upon successful completion, the learner will achieve a Level 5 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management (equivalent to a Foundation Degree) and the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager Apprenticeship.

If your company is a levy payer, your digital credits can be used to fund the entire cost of the course.

If your company is a non-levy payer, your employer's contribution will be only £350 per learner (subject to eligibility).

The Level 5 Programme takes between 2-3 years to complete, depending on the individual, with workshops held at a choice of BPIF training centres where learners have the chance to share knowledge and best practice, as well as the opportunity to network with fellow professionals.  All learners are fully supported by experienced and qualified BPIF tutors.

The next Level 5 Management Programmes will begin in the North on Tuesday 10 September, Midlands on Friday 13 September and the South on Tuesday 24 September during September 2019.
