Invest in the future of your workforce with the BPIF Level 3 & 5 Management Programmes

The BPIF Management Programmes have been designed to provide an ambitious curriculum to foster, develop and stretch the knowledge, skills and behaviours that are required to be an effective and successful team leader, supervisor or manager.

The induction for the next Level 3 and 5 Management Programmes will take place in February.

 

The Level 3 Management Programme

Key Themes

The course has been designed to cover 120 different key areas of knowledge,  skills and behaviours required to be an effective manager. 

Key themes include: 

• Leading People
• Managing People
• Building Relationships
• Communication
• Operational Management
• Project Management
• Finance
• Awareness of Self
• Management of Self
• Decision Making
• Behaviours

2020 enrolment dates:

Midlands – Monday 10 February
London –  Tuesday 11 February
North –  Wednesday 19 February

The Level 5 Management Programme

Key Themes

The course has been designed to cover 138 different key areas of knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be an effective manager. Additional content has been included by the BPIF to further benefit learners and their employers.

Key themes include: 

• Operational Management
• Project Management
• Finance
• Leading People
• Managing People
• Building Relationships
• Communication
• Awareness of Self
• Management of Self
• Decision Making
• Behaviours

2020 enrolment dates:

London – Wednesday 26 February
Midlands –  Thursday 27 February
North –  Friday 28 February

The BPIF Management Programmes take between 2-3 years to complete, depending on the individual, with workshops held at a choice of BPIF training centres where learners have the chance to share knowledge and best practice, as well as the opportunity to network with fellow professionals. All learners are fully supported by experienced and qualified BPIF tutors.

 

Levy payers – your digital credits can be used to pay for 100% of the cost of the course. 

Non-levy payers – the BPIF can get 95% of the cost of the course funded for you.
