The first module launched is ‘Managing Harassment in the Workplace’

Following recent changes to introduce a ‘preventative duty’ on employers, where they’re to take reasonable steps to prevent harassment of their workers – NO employer is exempt.

One of the key steps in complying with your ‘preventative duty’ is to engage and train ALL employees on the focus areas which are aimed as your business preventative measures.

Our eLearning dedicated resource is to take ALL employees through the essential steps, to incl.

  • Explanation of acceptable behaviours and recognising sexual harassment
